Applying is also easy, and you can start your step-by-step application on our website. To complete your application, you’ll need to provide proof of income, undergo a credit and background check, and pay your Application and Admin fees. Make sure you ask about our current app and leasing specials, as well as our deposit waiver programs.

Haven on Canal is a pet-friendly NSB apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs. You'll need to pay a pet fee of $250 for your first pet and $100 for your second, plus a monthly pet rent of $20 for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment at Haven. If you have questions about your specific pets, just reach out to the leasing office. 

You'll love how easy it is to park at Haven on Canal Apartments! We have plenty of parking spaces throughout the community in front of each residential building, as well as guest parking. All vehicles, including guests, must display a valid Haven on Canal parking permit while parked in our community. We allow residents to park one vehicle per apartment. We also offer reserved parking for a monthly fee of $25. If you're interested in reserving a spot, the leasing office team will be happy to help.
